Philip N. Margolius, Partner has been practicing law for over 45 years. A native Washingtonian, Phil graduated from Coolidge High School and went on the attend Dartmouth for his undergraduate studies and graduated with an LLB from Yale Law School. Phil was a senior partner for almost forty years at Margolius Mallios et al. In 2002, he started a smaller version of his firm, where he could dedicate his time and take the utmost care in providing his services to his clients in a more personal setting.
Phil has been recognized as one of the District's best and top Real Estate lawyers and also as a preeminent Estate and Trust Lawyer. Phil has been the long time trusted legal, investment, trust and foundation advisor for local families.
Phil has been married to his wife Phyllis for 45 years. They have three children, David, Kenny and Jennifer. They are also fortunate to be grandparents of 5, Ma'ayan, Ro'i, No'a, Jocelyn and Jesse.

Jennifer Margolius Fisher, Managing Partner has been practicing law for almost fifteen years now. A native Washingtonian, Jennifer graduated from Edmund Burke College Preparatory School in 1988 and the University of Maryland College Park in 1992 with a B.A. in Art History. Jennifer attended Washington College of Law at the American University and graduated with a J.D in 1999.
Jennifer began her legal career at Margolius Mallios et al. In 2004, Jennifer became a partner at The Margolius Firm. Jennifer enjoys working closely with clients in real estate, commercial transactions, trust and private family foundation administration.
Jennifer has been married to her husband Jimmy since 2006. They have 2 children, Jesse and Jocelyn.

Prior to founding Dominion Wealth Law, Laura earned her law degree from the University of Florida and worked as a CPA for a large national accounting firm, providing her with extensive experienced in handling the estate matters that are essential to your family. Prior to starting her own firm, she was an associate at Margolius, Mallios, Davis, Rider and Tomar, LLP, so joining the Margolius Firm, LLP in an of Counsel relationship was a nice reunion. She works closely with Phil and Jennifer on estate planning and administration matters and can be found working out of their DC offices at least one day per week.
